General Shipping Info

When will my order be shipped?

• All orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1-2 days.
• All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day 
• On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team for customer protection. These orders may be subject to slight shipment delay.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

• For shipments within APAC, you can expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days.
• For other international shipments, you can expect your order to arrive in 10-14 business days.

How can I track my order

• A confirmation email that includes tracking information will be sent to you once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for activity update.
• Alternatively, you can log in to your account to find tracking information under "Order History"

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?

• Sorry, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us at hello@itsrhea.com for further assistance

Do you cover international shipping duties?

• We ship majority of our orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means there is no additional payment required from you when the order lands at your destination country.

• However, in rare occasions, when we are unable to ship DDP for some countries, the orders will be shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). In this case, the payment for duties and taxes may be required from you when the order lands in your destination country
